There is a custom bunk room that sleeps four, plus a trundle and an additional twin guest room that shares a large bathroom. Brand new laundry room/ mud room with side entry and an outdoor shower. Double french doors open to the large first floor deck and heated and beautifully lit pool and spa.

Second Floor

Walk up a short flight of stairs to a grand living and dining area with walls of windows on both sides of the room for ample and bright east-west light. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Living area features new furnishings, fireplace and powder room. New furnished dining area includes seating for 12 that is adjacent to a large renovated kitchen with Wolf Pro Style range and oven and a lunch counter that seats five.
